Video Tech Blog #60: Alien Jon's crosser flower, pendulum assembly patterns

This past week, Alien Jon posted a tech blog featuring a funky approach to creating compound circles that bears some similarities to Nick Woolsey's concept of no-beat windmills and how they relate to poi. As I've been playing with it, I've found it's also a funky way to create polyrhythm hybrids. Next up, I've seen a lot of discussions lately about the use and abuse of the term CAP and after reading about the concept from the guy who coined the term, I've been working on creating patterns that are composites of two different types of motion slapped together that don't look like the move that is commonly being dubbed a CAP now and the results look really cool. Finally, an update on a move I demoed last week--specifically how to correctly perform the pendulum stall when switching hands in the stall stacker to get the right amount of momentum.
