Video Tech Blog #66: isolations and iso throws, BTH CAP hybrids

Could not display the flash because does not appear to exist.

I'm back to drilling isolations in hopes of getting down the elusive isolated weave, but shooting for lower hanging fruit in the form of the iso to lockout combination guys like Nevisoul and Ronan have made famous. I'm specifically working on getting the isolated bit in the middle locked into the iso position like they have to make it really pop. Next up, I've taken a few suggestions from folks based upon my float throws in my last tech blog, both to add some height to the throws as well as to think of the plane-changing throw as a type of isolated throw and to try isolated throws in all four directions. I've also started working on the iso throw to btb catch, to mixed results. Finally, some fun experiments with moves around the head, starting off with a couple more ideas based upon the static spin vs. BTH CAP I showed off here a few weeks ago and a meltdown performed around the head.
